Natalie joined Fifth Third in 2021 and currently serves as Vice President, Financial Crimes Governance and Reporting manager. She is responsible for maintaining all governance within the Financial Intelligence Unit as well as managing reporting across Financial Crimes. This includes developing performance monitoring metrics for all AML scenarios as well as supporting the Bank’s Risk Assessment. Prior to Fifth Third, Natalie worked at US Bank in Enterprise Financial Crimes Compliance for 6 years starting in Alert Operations building reporting then moved to building targeted monitoring programs with the Monitoring Management & Development team. Natalie graduated with a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
