Mr. Chu is Investors Bank Director for KYC Operations. The KYC group function is to manage the KYC lifecycle of the bank’s client base from on-boarding, triggers, and periodic reviews. Prior to joining Investors Bank, Mr. Chu served as the Director of Regulatory Engagements at Société Générale North America. In addition, served as the Deputy BSA Compliance Officer at HBL of NY of Correspondent Banking Operations. Mr. Chu has served worked at Citigroup for 27 years serving the last 6 years as the Project Director of Global Implementation for KYC in the Consumer Bank. Additionally, Mr. Chu has a background in all facets of Retail and Commercial banking in Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, and AML practice. Mr. Chu is a Black Belt in Six Sigma.
