Dubensky
Jessica Dubensky currently serves as the Global Head of GFCD Operations. In this role, she oversees an integrated, globally consistent approach to our operations, both locally and offshore.
Prior to this she was the Global Head of Intelligence & Analytics for MUFG Bank, Ltd. In this role, Jessica is accountable for the a utility providing a unified global capability to proactively identify and analyze potential financial crime risks grounded in advanced analytics and technology. In this capacity, her primary role has been to build a financial intelligence and analytics team along with a global investigations team responsible for high-risk investigations and law enforcement liaison. Beyond that, she conceived and oversaw the execution of Article VIII of the OCC’s BSA/AML Consent Order and serves as the interim Americas COE head.
Prior to taking this role in 2018, Jessica spent four years as the Director and Global Head of the AML Program Reporting Office at Citigroup, initially building and overseeing the Global SAR Program and subsequently building the Global CTR and Account Closure Programs.
During the period of 2010-2013, Jessica was a Senior Vice President responsible for the building and oversight of the Targeted Review Program (TRP) and Periodic Transaction Review process (PTR). In this role, Jessica was accountable for leading teams performing investigations to supplement automated monitoring for the Foreign Correspondent Banking (FCB) portfolio and reviews designed to enhance the KYC process for FCBs, Affiliates, Central Banks, Development Banks, Money Service Businesses and Embassies. Prior to her roles at Citigroup, Jessica worked for HSBC Bank USA, N.A., holding positions in Commercial Real Estate, and within Anti-Money Laundering led teams with responsibilities for Enhanced Due Diligence on current and prospective customers, Multi-SAR program and OFAC SAR program oversight.
Jessica is a graduate of both Lehigh University and St. John’s University School of Law, with a Degree in Finance, and a Juris Doctor, respectively.
