James is the Head of Consulting for FINTRAIL, a global consultancy helping companies manage their exposure to financial crime risk and regulatory compliance. James leads a team of subject matter experts delivering bespoke engagements for fintechs, banks and other regulated businesses.

James has spent the last 10+ years working in the regulated financial sector. Before joining FINTRAIL, James held Head of Fraud and Group Fraud and Financial Crime Manager roles in payment and electronic money firms. In these roles he built and provided oversight across the financial crime framework including fraud.
