Ficco
Guy Ficco is the Executive Director for Global Operations Policy and Support for IRS Criminal Investigation, having served in the capacity since March 1, 2020. In this role, Guy oversees much of IRS CI's policies as they relate to investigations, as well as the agencies international footprint. Specifically, Guy provides executive leadership over IRS CI's Financial Crimes, Asset Recovery and Investigative Services, Special Investigative Techniques (Undercover), Narcotics and National Security, and International Operations sections, as well as overseeing all of CI's international attaches in twelve foreign posts.
Prior to his selection as Executive Director of Global Operations Policy and Support, Guy served as the Special Agent in Charge of the Philadelphia Field Office from April 2018 to March 2020. In this role, Guy and was tasked with overseeing all of IRS CI's investigative activities in the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Prior to these assignments, Guy has served in a number of CI leadership roles including Supervisory Special Agent in the Washington Field Office, Senior Analyst in both Financial Crimes and International Operations sections, Assistant Special Agent in Charge for the Washington Field Office, Director of Special Investigative Techniques in Washington DC, and as a long-term acting Deputy Director of CI's Strategy section. As a Senior Analyst in CI's Global Financial Crimes section, Guy was instrumental in developing IRS' analytical tools and capabilities that were used to develop numerous international bank investigations. Guy was also a Congressional Fellow through the Government Affairs Institute at Georgetown University, assigned to the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations (PSI) in the Senate Homeland Security Committee.
Guy has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Accounting from Dominican College in New York.
