Dr. Anna Machura-Urbaniak specializes in EU Banking and Financial Law, focusing on integrating behavioral insights into the EU legal framework. Her research interests include behavioral sciences, particularly behavioral ethics and decision-making, as well as various aspects of the financial services sector. She is the author and co-author of works on the incorporation of behavioral insights into EU banking and financial law, investor protection, the challenges of digitalization, the green transition, and post-pandemic economic governance in the EU. Before academia, she practiced for several years as an attorney-at-law (Avocat à la Cour) in Luxembourg.
