Natassa Kaimaki is the Compliance Director & Data Protection Officer of Intrum Hellas AEDADP
Intrum Hellas AEDADP is an entity established in Sept. 2019 as a joint venture of Intrum AB (headquartered in Stockholm) and Piraeus Bank (one of the 4 systemic GR banks). It is licensed and regulated by Bank of Greece and operates as a Servicer of receivables from loan and credit agreements of any type granted and/ or directly or indirectly belonging to a credit or financial institution as well as of the real estate properties that serve as security for such receivables under Management.
Natassa has been with Intrum Hellas as of Nov.2019 with main mandate to set up the Compliance & DPO function, make them operational on a day-to-day basis and lead their growing. In her capacity as Director of the Compliance, she has, inter alia, been appointed as the AML Officer and DPO of the entity and so registered with the BoG and the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, accordingly. Thus AML/ CTF is a key area of her responsibilities and one of the biggest challenges given the Servicers' industry in Greece is seen as bank-alike.
Prior to this post, she has worked for 20yrs in the Banking industry and a Big4 company in Greece and UK, focusing on wealth management, regulatory compliance and risk management.
Natassa is a qualified barrister in Greece - member of the Athens Bar Association - and a qualified EU GDPR practitioner. She holds a LLB from Manchester University, UK, a LLM from Essex University, UK and a Diplome d' Etudes Politiques by the University of Lyon in France.
