Gerrit has more than 30 years’ experience in the development of risk assessment. quantification and management systems in the insurance, banking, and broader financial technology sectors, implementing risk solutions for leading financial institutions within Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific.

He graduated from The University of Johannesburg with a bachelor’s degree in Econometrics.
