Rhea M. Brathwaite is an Integrity Specialist at the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), the political risk insurance and credit enhancement arm of the World Bank Group. She brings extensive experience in the fields of anti-bribery and corruption, fraud, anti-money laundering, corporate and project procurement, and ethics.

Before joining MIGA, Rhea served as an Integrity, Compliance, and Accountability Officer at the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB). There she played a pivotal role in helping to establish and operationalize their compliance office by developing policies and procedures and conducting ethics and integrity investigations.

Rhea also held various positions at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where she gained valuable on-the-ground experience in Haiti, addressing risks in corporate and project procurement. In addition, she collaborated with governments to develop policies and projects to increase transparency, and provided recommendations to the IDB in fraud, corruption, and collusion cases.

Rhea is admitted to the bar in New York and holds an LL. B. with Honors from University College London and an LL. M. in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University Law Center.
