ACAMS conferences and summits bring the diverse AFC community together. Events are open to all: both ACAMS members and non-members are welcome. Whatever your experience level, attending an event will enable you to gain new knowledge and build your professional network.

FAQs
Are there any special offers available for ACAMS events?
ACAMS members receive special prices at all our events. We also offer a special public sector price and special pricing for group packages. Contact your ACAMS Account Manager or info@acams.org for more details.
Can I change my ticket to an in-person one if I purchase a virtual ticket initially?
Yes. You can request a ticket swap to your modality of choice, and you will be invoiced or reimbursed for the difference. For changes in modality, the price applied will be the current rate on the day the request is made. Contact info@acams.org for full details.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All ACAMS event tickets are non-refundable. Ticket holders may request a ticket transfer to another person, colleague, or client, up until a certain date specific to each event.
What is your COVID-19 policy?
Ticket holders will only be entitled to a refund of their event pass if they are unable to attend the in-person event because they have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or if government-issued travel restrictions are in place during the event dates. If you are unable to attend because of the COVID-19 illness, you will be asked to provide proof of a positive diagnosis. If you have been potentially exposed to someone who is positive for COVID-19, you can request to transfer your in-person ticket to a virtual ticket, or to a future in-person event.
Government-issued travel restrictions include:
- The country/state that you live in closes its borders to travel
- The country/state you live in issues advice not to travel to the event location
- The country/state you live in has imposed an unavoidable quarantine on return from travel
- There is an unavoidable quarantine on arrival
- There is a further lockdown phase in the country/state you live in that prevents you from leaving your home except for essential requirements
COVID-19 refunds are not available for virtual events.
ACAMS will abide by local government and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. Your conference pass may be subject to change to your choice of a virtual pass or the next in-person event. Seats will be allocated based on time of purchase. If you choose to transfer to virtual, the difference in pricing (if applicable) could be used as a credit towards a future ACAMS purchase. If the local governing body imposes a new restriction that prohibits ACAMS from holding an in-person event you will be able to transfer your pass to virtual or the next in-person event. Refunds will not be available.
Do ACAMS events have a health and safety plan?
ACAMS considers the health and safety of all those on site at our events as our top priority. We are committed to remaining reliably informed on COVID-19 as it relates to our in-person events, and we will share details to attendees in advance of each event taking place. In addition to following the CDC guidelines, we are working closely with state and local government, our hotel partners, and our official service providers to ensure the health, safety, and security of all our attendees and exhibitors.
Is there a venue safety plan?
Where applicable, venue-specific safety plans will be provided to attendees ahead of the event.
Will I earn ACAMS credits?
Attendees can earn ACAMS credits at all ACAMS events. To find out how many credits are on offer at a specific event, please visit the event’s homepage.
Will I receive a certificate of participation?
Yes. The certificate of participation will be sent to attendees’ email addresses within two weeks after the conference.
I cannot register online, what should I do?
Please get in touch with our customer service team via info@acams.org and they will be happy to help you.
I did not receive the registration confirmation email, what should I do?
Please note the confirmation email can take a couple of hours to be sent. We also recommend that you check your spam folder. If you still have not received the email, please get in touch with info@acams.org and we’ll be happy to help.
Are the sessions available on-demand?
Recordings of our events are available on-demand for 90 days after the live event date via the virtual platform. Recordings are available to both in-person and virtual attendees. You can re-watch your favorite sessions along with any sessions you missed. Please note, Knowledge Sessions and Connection Corners will not be recorded or available on-demand.
How do I access the virtual sessions?
If you’re watching live, you can access all sessions via our streaming platform. Full details will be sent to you when you register.
What happens if I have a technical issue while attending the virtual event?
Please contact our Customer Service team on info@acams.org, using the event name in the subject line, and our team will address your issue.
Can I share my login to the virtual event?
Because we issue ACAMS Credits for our events, every individual who wants to attend must be registered separately and have their own login.
Can I sponsor the conference?

Can I see who else is attending?
Because of privacy regulations, we can’t release the names of attendees. If you want to know who else is attending, why not join in the conversation on social media in the days and weeks before the event, by using the event hashtag to connect with other attendees.
