Overview

Beginning January 1, 2024, the federal Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) requires certain types of entities to file a beneficial ownership information (BOI) report with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).  Join Baird Holm and the ACAMS Omaha Chapter for a discussion on how the CTA differs from the Customer Due Diligence Rule implemented in 2018 and the impacts to Financial Institutions.
