On September 21, 2022 (Wed morning), the ACAMS Chicago Chapter together with the Crowe LLP will be hosting a double session workshop. The First Session is AML: Year In Review roundtable panel discussion. It’s been a while since our Chapter has met in person! After a brief update from Crowe on top AML issues observed this year, a roundtable panel will share their biggest challenges in their AML Program over the last 12 months and their view on AML Program opportunities moving forward. The Second Session focuses on High Risk Customers and Industries. With varying definitions and approaches, this session is intended as a roundtable panel discussion for their views on the elements of customer due diligence and high risk customer management and the expanded regulatory expectations in this area
