Overview
In line with the encouragement and promotion of diversity and especially seizing the month in which Women's Day is celebrated in Brazil (March 8th) to honor those who contribute significantly to the AML/CFTP system, the event will feature female representatives from the country's major financial institutions (Bradesco, Itaú Unibanco, Nubank, and Rabobank), in addition to Meta (Facebook) and the Brazilian FIU, COAF (Financial Activities Control Council), to showcase the pivotal role of women in the AML landscape, specifically focusing on the integration of analytics in the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. The panels will delve into leveraging data for proactive measures against money laundering, emphasizing effective monitoring techniques. Additionally, the discussions will explore the relationship between automated processes and communication with the COAF, providing valuable insights into the collaborative efforts to combat financial crime.
