The discussion will focus on how impacted industry members are going to prepare and implement the uplifted and new requirements. The intention is to have a collaborative workshop approach.
- What does it mean for the AML/CTF program and risk assessment approach?
- What does it mean for Tranche 2 industries?
- How does the legislation interact with other legislation (Scams Prevention Framework, Privacy etc)?
- What budget have been set aside to implement? What is the resourcing plan?
- How is this going to impact your risk appetite statement?
This session will be the catalyst for forward planning in for additional events in Adelaide in 2025.
