Nicole Kitowski, CAMS

Nicole M. Kitowski joined Associated Bank in 1992 and is currently the executive vice president and chief risk officer. She is responsible for areas of financial intelligence, fraud prevention and corporate security along with corporate risk review, corporate compliance, operational and enterprise risk management. She also serves on the executive leadership team for Associated Banc-Corp.

Kitowski has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and has held leadership roles in Consumer Banking, Operations and Technology, and Corporate Risk. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Lakeland College and holds certifications from Project Management Institute (PMP), Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (CAMS) and National Association of Corporate Directors (Cyber-CERT). She also completed the Chicago Booth Executive Program in Corporate Strategy and The Risk Management Association/Wharton Advanced Risk Management Program.

She is also the executive sponsor for Associated Bank’s Women’s Colleague Resource Group and Wellness Committee.
