Mr. Wallace Chow is the Founder and CEO of FCC Analytics Limited (“FCCA”), where he has successfully led the firm to win both the Best Use of AI Award and the FinTech (RegTech: Regulatory and Risk Management) Gold Award. Under his leadership, FCCA launched the world’s first federated learning network for anti-money laundering (AML), marking a significant achievement in the industry. With over 20 years of experience in consulting, software development, and project management, he specializes in AML and fraud solutions for banks and financial institutions.
Prior to founding FCCA, Mr. Chow held key positions at SAS Institute Limited and Hewlett-Packard (Asia Pacific) Limited, where he drove significant growth in sales and market share. He has overseen major projects for leading financial institutions, contributing to the advancement of innovative AML technologies that enhance investigation efficiency and compliance operations.
In addition, Mr. Chow is actively involved in the RegTech Association of Hong Kong as the Education Co-Chairman, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration among stakeholders in the financial technology ecosystem. He holds an Honors Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, which provided a solid foundation for his successful career.
