Laurie Trickett

Laurie Trickett is Director of KYC Policy and Standards with Citibank. Laurie joined Citi in May of this year.

Before joining Citi, Laurie spent the last 10+ years at State Street Bank and Trust where she stood up the global KYC Program and implemented a single view of the customer for AML/KYC purposes. Most recently at State Street, Laurie was part of a cross functional team that migrated the KYC Program to a new KYC system supported by a rules engine. Following that successful launch, the team commenced “Perpetual KYC” by introducing automation assisted KYC for periodic review refresh.

Laurie is an alum of both Bentley University in Waltham and the University of Massachusetts in Lowell.
