Dallas commenced her legal career as a Judicial Associate to His Honour Judge David Morrow in the County Court of Victoria, before working with the Victorian Attorney-General, the Victorian Office of Public Prosecutions, the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, Victoria Police, and most recently, as the Acting Director Prosecutions for the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator. Dallas holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Social Science (with Distinction) from RMIT University.
