Arlene Ferris-Waks

Arlene has been employed with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Bureau of Securities, for more than 18 years. Prior to supervising the Investor Outreach and Complaints Units, Arlene supervised the Bureau’s Examination unit. In 2015, she received the New Jersey Attorney General’s award for excellence in public outreach.  Arlene has wide ranging experience in the securities industry. She has been employed with both the New York Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange, worked as a senior compliance officer at a broker-dealer, and as an investment adviser/registered representative.
