Dr Arda Akartuna

Arda is a Senior Crypto Threat Analyst at Elliptic and an Assistant Professor of Crypto & Future Crimes at City University of Hong Kong. His research focuses on crimes enabled by cryptoassets and emerging technologies, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing and illicit activity on the dark web. He has advised numerous international organizations, public and private sector entities on emerging crime trends and prevention measures.
