Rudolf Muscat

Rudolf Muscat is currently a Senior Manager within the Supervision Section of the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU) overseeing the teams conducting supervisory interventions, prior to that and since 2019, he was also the Manager for the team responsible for VASP Supervision. In his role, in these past years Rudolf has been responsible for the supervisory efforts aimed at the adherence of AML/CFT obligations for subject persons. Rudolf joined the unit in 2019, prior to that he looks back on 18 years of professional experience in the Investment sector and has worked in various leading roles, amongst which, also the MLRO function.
