Rafael Ximenes

Director of Supervision at Coaf since October 2019, after having served at the agency from July 2018 to October 2019 as a Board Member representing the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB), where he has held the position of Prosecutor since February 2002 and served in various leadership and advisory roles in the General Counsel's Office and the Executive Secretariat of the institution until October 2019. Holds a Master's degree in Law from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB) and a specialization in Economic Law and Financial Regulation from the University of Brasília (UnB), having earned his law degree from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA).
