Leslie Nollie is the current Director of Advancement for Ho’ola Na Pua, a non-profit organization dedicated to combating child sex trafficking and raising awareness about the exploitation of children in Hawaii. In this role, Leslie leads efforts to secure funding, foster community partnerships, and promote the organization's mission through strategic initiatives and educational campaigns.
Leslie brings a wealth of experience to her position at Ho’ola Na Pua. Prior to joining the organization, she served as a Community Manager for Associa Hawaii for three years, where she successfully managed six high-rise and condominium properties on the island of Oahu. Her work in this role involved overseeing property operations, coordinating with residents, and ensuring the smooth functioning of these communities.
Before her tenure at Associa Hawaii, Leslie dedicated 13 years to serving her country as an Intelligence Officer and Collection Manager for the Department of Defense. In this capacity, she worked both within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS), demonstrating her commitment to national security and intelligence operations. Notably, Leslie completed a deployment in Afghanistan in support of Special Forces during the Operation Enduring Freedom campaign, where she played a crucial role in intelligence gathering and analysis.
Leslie's diverse background in community management and military intelligence uniquely positions her to advance the mission of Ho’ola Na Pua. Her strategic vision, leadership skills, and dedication to service are instrumental in driving the organization's efforts to provide care, support, and advocacy for victims of child sex trafficking and exploitation.
Leslie is passionate about creating a brighter future for vulnerable youth and is committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to heal and thrive. Her work at Ho’ola Na Pua continues to make a significant impact in the fight against child sex trafficking, fostering hope and resilience in the lives of those affected.
