Joseph Clements

Joseph Clements is a Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Program Manager (PM), assigned to the Sex Trafficking Unit at the Center for Countering Human Trafficking (CCHT).  PM Clements is responsible for providing support to HSI sex trafficking investigations in the southern region of the United States.  Before his time at the Center, Special Agent Clements served as field agent at the HSI Office in Norfolk, Virginia, where he conducted federal criminal investigations for more than nineteen years.
