Joseph Bosco is an accomplished software engineering director with over 25 years of experience in designing and delivering innovative enterprise solutions for the Retail and Finance industries. He has a proven track record of success in leading large teams of software engineers, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.

He has been leading the engineering teams for our KYC On-Boarding for the past six years. This team is currently focused on large-scale transformation of legacy KYC systems to a modern, cloud native, architecture. Recently, his portfolio extended to include CDD/EDD programs, Risk Rating, and Adverse media. Joseph leverages his expertise in software development methodologies & architecture along with his passion for building high-performing teams, in a psychological safe environment.

Joseph holds a master’s degree in computer applications from St. Joseph's College, Tiruchirappalli, India. Outside of work, Joseph enjoys exploring new cultures through international movies, honing his woodworking skills, and he cherishes spending quality time with his family in Minnesota.
