Andrew Greer

Andrew Greer is currently a Special Agent (SA) for the Charlotte, NC Office of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). SA Greer began his law enforcement career in 2009 as a Border Patrol Agent in El Paso, TX. In 2014, SA Greer became an Officer with Customs and Border Protection in Charlotte, NC. In 2017, SA Greer joined an HSI Task Force in Charlotte, NC that investigated the movement of illicit currency onboard domestic and international commercial flights to identify and prosecute money laundering organizations and networks.

In 2022, SA Greer became a Special Agent in Charlotte, NC. During his time as a Task Force Officer (TFO) with HSI and as a Special Agent, he has investigated cases involving financial fraud. Specifically, fraud organizations targeting the elderly through romance and gold schemes. Additionally, SA Greer has worked on Organized Crime Drug Task Force (OCDETF) investigations involving maritime drug smuggling from the Caribbean.
