With expertise across Australia and the UK, she plays a pivotal role in ANZ’s international sanctions compliance program, ensuring precision and strategic foresight in an increasingly complex landscape. 

Passionate about embedding financial crime prevention into organisational culture, she champions innovative program design that balances regulatory integrity with commercial viability—globally adaptive yet locally effective. 

A CAMS and CGSS-certified professional, Kylie is an active member of the ACAMS Australasian Chapter Advisory Board, where she has helped shape certification exams and advance industry thought leadership. She also holds a strong academic foundation, including a Master’s in Commercial Law.
