In our March Sanctions Watch Justine and Sam are joined by Paige Berges, Of Counsel at Ropes and Gray. Paige talks us through a raft of significant developments over the past month, including the recent major sanctions packages on Russia, the Tri-Seal Compliance Note outlining the obligations of foreign-based persons to comply with U.S. sanctions and export control law, and the implications of the EU criminalization of sanctions circumvention.
