Nicole is a passionate financial crimes professional with 24 years of experience in the finance industry and 18 years in the BSA/AML space. Nicole also has a background in bank fraud, physical security, and operations. Nicole leverages the training she obtained when she was an Intelligence Analyst for the Army National Guard to create AML programs designed to exploit the financial institution’s risk in its area of operation, organize and analyze intelligence in complex AML investigations, and communicate the trends, tactics, and procedures of threat actors that post the most risk to the institution.

Nicole has experience working in BSA for both a community bank and a credit union. This experience has provided her with a unique perspective, sound understanding, and an awareness of the diverse challenges that both banks and credit unions face in BSA Compliance.
