Sander
Recently, Edward Sander served as the Chief Product Officer of ThetaRay, an Israeli-based JVP portfolio company whose advanced AI/ML cyber-security platform focuses on financial crime prevention and the protection of critical infrastructure. He was responsible for the company’s entire solution portfolio, in addition to its technology partnerships functions.
Before that, he served as President of Arachnys, a London-based QED portfolio company delivering cloud solutions for assessing financial crime customer risk later acquired by AML Rightsource. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors at Model N (NYSE: MODN), a Silicon-Valley based provider of cloud solutions for revenue management. Previously, he served as Global Vice President and General Manager, and Chief Product Officer before that, at NICE Systems.
Mr. Sander has two decades of experience running high growth, global enterprise software organizations. As President of Arachnys, he was responsible for all market-facing functions (Sales, PreSales, Marketing, Customer Success) and oversaw a tripling of the company's ARR revenue base and signing of its first 7-figure and 8-figure 3-year ARR deals leading to its Series A financing.
As General Manager of NICE System’s Actimize Anti-Money Laundering line of business, he oversaw product creation, solution delivery, go-to-market planning, and client relationship management activities and doubled its AML revenues during his 3-year tenure.
He has expertise in portfolio management and new product development across analytics, audit-compliance, business process management, and customer relationship management solutions for the banking, insurance, energy, and life science markets. He is an acknowledged RegTech veteran and domain expert in the field of Financial Crime, Anti-Money Laundering, Customer Due Diligence, KYC and Forensic Investigations. Before NICE Systems, Mr. Sander held leadership positions at other leading enterprise software companies including IntraLinks and SAP.
