Dr Mariella Grech is the Secretary of the Sanctions Monitoring Board (SMB) and the Joint Economic Financial Sanctions Implementation Task Force (JEFSI). She regularly participates in outreach events organised by the SMB and the private sector and has also contributed to the drafting of Malta’s PF NRA. Dr Grech is a graduate in law.
