In recent years the theme of culture has received increased focus from regulators. The 2018 report ‘Behaviour and Culture Reviews of the Irish Retail Banks’ issued by the Central Bank of Ireland, identified reforms to support positive risk cultural change by providing banks and other regulated financial services providers with clarity as to the basic values on which a positive culture is built and the tools to support change.

ACAMS Ireland Chapter are delighted to present two speakers who will highlight the significance of risk culture in today’s global business environment.

Cross-culture business advisor and self-appointed psychographic segmentation genius Maria Antonietta Marino, founder of Mudita Consultancy will offer her perspectives on inter-cultural communication and bridging the gap to avoid the costly risk of misunderstandings.          

Then Amanda Wallace, interim Global Head of Human Resources and Learning & Development with JDX Consulting will provide insight into Risk Culture Purpose and Value and how this applies to your organization.
