ACAMS San Diego Baja Chapter January 2025 Virtual Event: Human Trafficking: Online Child Exploitation

Overview

The use of the internet, technology and virtual payments has evolved, putting society’s most vulnerable at risk. As selling, exchanging, and producing child sexual abuse materials (CSAM) trends upward, it is up to everyone to protect children from exploitation. A Supervisory Special Agent with the FBI will discuss the patterns and trends of Online Child Sexual Exploitation (OCSE). Gaining a better understanding of the problem will help provide enhanced investigations to report the signs to law enforcement to assist in stopping online child exploitation.
