ACAMS Colorado Chapter December Virtual Event: Drug Trafficking Investigations - A DEA Perspective

David Tyree will be providing case briefings on three different investigations recently conducted in Wyoming and Colorado involving the different techniques identified which were used to launder drug proceeds. Mr. Tyree will also discuss the elements necessary to charge money laundering crimes at the Federal level and how AML units in Colorado can collaborate with law enforcement to identify, disrupt, and dismantle criminal organizations operating in Colorado and elsewhere.
