An early investor in Bitcoin in 2010 and director at Coinsetter until its acquisition by Kraken FX in 2016, Joseph Weinberg knows his way around the digital currency world. Currently, Joseph is the co-founder of Shyft Network, a public protocol designed to aggregate and embed trust and validation into data stored on public and private ecosystems, and facilitate information transfer between permissioned and permissionless networks. Joseph is also known as the founder and CEO of Paycase, the leading value network service provider which merges traditional and crypto finance, providing infrastructure and liquidity to global financial markets.
Joseph's diverse experience also includes business development roles at Xtreme Labs and Pivotal Inc., where he worked on some of the largest mobile applications used around the world today. Passionate about advancing mass-adoption of crypto and blockchain, Joseph also serves as an advisor to the OECD, Financial Stability Board, governments & regulatory bodies globally. Through his work at the OECD Joseph is helping draft global policies for the G7 & G20 councils and has written regulations in countries including Bermuda & Mauritius.
