Cecilia has been working internationally in the financial service industry for 10 years with work experience in the UK, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In her previous roles, Cecilia has provided guidance to overseas sites in the APAC region for policy and procedures alignment, driving transaction monitoring system implementation and risk assessments, providing AML-related advisory to business etc. In her current role in the Global Financial Crime investigation team, she has conducted complex multi-jurisdiction investigations, designed and led investigation initiatives in response to significant events and AML trends in the APAC region.
