This session will cover essential strategies for Regulatory Examination Preparedness, drawing from our extensive AML effectiveness review experience and insights gained from working with industries. Participants will learn about the key elements of AML programs that regulators focus on, ensuring that your organization is well-prepared for scrutiny. We will also delve into how to conduct an AML Effectiveness Review, highlighting how to identify potential issues before FINTRAC's examination.

 

Additionally, we will also address AML model validation, pre-implementation strategies, and ongoing testing requirements, equipping attendees with the knowledge to enhance their compliance frameworks effectively.
