Justin Ham is a Deputy General Manager in the Economic Research Institute at Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK). Mr. Ham is currently responsible for leading various international cooperation activities including OECD related affairs and joint research activities with other governmental/policy financial institutions around the globe.
Prior to this role, Mr. Ham served as an AML Compliance Officer where he oversaw the design and implementation of AML and sanctions compliance programs for IBK’s overseas operations and subsidiaries. In addition, Mr. Ham also served as the Deputy Compliance Officer/Regulatory Liaison at IBK’s New York operation, where he led U.S. enforcement actions and other audit/validation related remediation projects.
Mr. Ham holds a Master of Laws degree from University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, West Lafayette. He also holds numerous professional certifications including CAMS-AUDIT, Certified Internal Auditor and Project Management Professional.
