Alex Clausen has been a business analysis manager in the AML Modeling and Advanced Data Insights department within AML since March 2020. Alex currently leads the CRR Program team where he is responsible for the operation and governance of Capital One's CRR program. Prior to leading the CRR team, Alex has worked with the Transaction Monitoring modeling teams and the Emerging Risks team. In his former life, Alex was a US Navy helicopter pilot and unmanned helicopter test pilot and has an undergraduate Mechanical Engineering degree from Boston University and a MBA from the University of North Carolina.
