Brice Williams, JD, CAMS
Kimberly Brice Williams manages and leads Global Banking & Markets US Financial Crimes Investigations Teams. As an investment services professional with over 21 years of experience in financial products and over 12 years of experience in risk management, supervision, and surveillance; Kimberly’s teams are responsible for the review and identification of potentially suspicious activity for purposes of filing a SAR. Her teams focus includes high-risk clients such Institutional Broker Dealers, Money Service Business, Casinos, Introducing Brokers, Prime Brokerage Services, and others.
Kimberly joined Bank of America in 2000, and has held various positions, within investments/trading, alternative investments, discretionary/institutional trading, as well as supervision and surveillance of self-directed clients.
Kimberly graduated with honors from Winston-Salem State University and received a Juris Doctorate from Charlotte School of Law. Kimberly is CAMS certified and holds a Series 7, Series 63, Series 4, Series 24, and Series 53 FINRA Licenses. In addition, Kimberly currently acts as the FINRA Regulatory Supervision Principal for Global Financial Crimes US Investigations.
