Brice Williams, J.D., CAMS
Kimberly Brice Williams is an investment services professional with over 20 years of experience in financial products and services, and over 10 years of experience in risk management, supervision, and surveillance. She joined Bank of America in 2000, and has held various positions, within investment and securities trading, alternative investments, discretionary/institutional trading, as well as, supervision and surveillance for self-directed trading and strategies.
As an honor graduate of Winston-Salem State University, Kimberly graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor’s in History and a Minor in Political Science. Kimberly is CAMS certified. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Charlotte School of Law in 2015. Kimberly holds a Series 7, Series 63, Series 4, Series 24, and Series 53 FINRA Licenses.
Kimberly is the manager of the Global Markets Financial Crimes Investigations Team under Heather Roberson. Her team is responsible for the investigation and escalation of institutional brokerage, Broadcort Clearing, Merrill Lynch Professional Clearing, and client related services/activity.
Kimberly is passionate about learning and knowledge sharing. As a classically trained pianist, in her spare time, Kimberly teaches piano to children ages 5-7, and is responsible for the Children’s Sunday school program at her church.
