Trevor Bethel is a Senior Vice President BSA Officer for Avidia Bank where he manages a AML/CFT/OFAC program supporting emerging industries including Third Party Payment Processing, partnering with a multitude of Financial Technology companies to better service the needs of the community. Trevor has over 17 years of experience figuratively fighting (financial) crime at institutions of all sizes. Trevor takes great pride in collaborating with law enforcement to combat the exploitation of vulnerable members of our community. Trevor holds the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designations. Trevor is passionate about live music, spending time with his family, and not taking himself too seriously.

Rich has advised some of the world’s largest financial institutions, government agencies, and fintechs on complex financial crime technology challenges. He is a sought-after speaker in the financial crimes space, having presented at numerous high-profile conferences and webinars.

Jane Khodarkovsky is a partner at Arktouros where she focuses on financial integrity and regulatory matters and litigation. She provides product counseling to companies in the emergent technology space, including on-chain AML and sanctions compliance. Prior to Arktouros, she was the General Counsel and Head of Risk and Compliance of a blockchain company focused on global financial inclusion and sustainability.  Jane spent over a decade as a federal and state prosecutor most recently as a trial attorney and human trafficking finance specialist in the Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section, Criminal Division, in the U.S. Department of Justice.
