Kaitlin Lemmo is the Money Laundering Reporting Officer for Interactive Brokers Ireland (IBIE). Prior to joining IBIE. Kaitlin lead the AML Compliance Assurance function for Citibank Europe, and prior to that spent over 10 years with Protiviti Inc. in the AML Consulting practice.

Kaitlin holds a bachelors degree in Economic Crime Investigation and her law degree. Kaitlin continues to participate on industry panels, perform research into emerging risks, and provide curriculum-development support on financial-crimes related training.

Eamon is the current Head of Sanctions Investigations within Bank of Ireland’s Financial Crime Compliance function where his primary focus is the real-time sanctions screening of cross-border, electronic payments. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2010, Eamon joined Bank of Ireland in September 2013 where he has held a number of roles within Group Legal Services and Group Risk prior to taking up his current position in February 2020. As well as being CGSS and CAMS qualified, Eamon holds the designations of Certified Financial Crime Prevention Practitioner (CFCPP) and Licentiate of the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland (LCOI).

Sharon is the Head of Financial Crime Compliance and MLRO in Goodbody Stockbrokers. Prior positions in AML/CFT and Compliance have included roles as Deputy MLRO, Head of AML Governance & Control, Head of AML Advisory, Internal Audit Manager and Compliance Officer (all in banking sector). In addition to the CAMS qualification, Sharon holds the designations of Certified Financial Crime Prevention Practitioner (CFCPP), Licentiate of the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland (LCOI) and has a Masters in Strategic Management (Financial Services).

Michael joined Coinbase as the International AML Manager in April 2019. Michael has nearly a decade of experience in the FinTech industry, having spent over 6 years at PayPal in financial crime roles before moving to Facebook to support their Sanctions programme.

Michael has obtained his Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification, and holds a Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association (ICA).

Ed is the MLRO for TD Global Finance ('TDGF'). He has gained extensive experience in both AML oversight and AML Operations over a 10 year career Financial Services. Prior to joining TDGF, Ed worked in Senior Compliance roles in GAM Fund Management and MUFG, in addition to an AML Operations Manager position in State Street.

Shane Keyes serves acts at the Head of AML and MLRO for Carne Global Fund Managers (Ireland) Ltd and Carne Group’s parent entity Carne Global Financial Services Ltd with more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. His specialist areas are AML, Financial Crime, and Data Protection within the fund industry.

Shane’s role as Head of AML in Carne includes the AML operation and oversight of Carne’s Fund Management Company which is the largest third-party fund management company in Europe. Shane has a wealth of experience with a wide range of different fund structures and regulatory requirements across Ireland, Luxembourg and Cayman Islands.

Before joining Carne, Shane was an AML Director in the Investor Services department of IFS State Street managing a team of 16 people, and prior to that he was employed by Citibank for five years. Shane holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in European Business and Languages from National College of Ireland, a Professional Certificate in People Management from the Institute of Banking, a Professional Certificate in Compliance from the Institute of Banking, a Professional Certificate in Data Protection from University College Dublin (“UCD”), a Professional Certificate in Financial Crime Prevention from UCD, and qualified ACAMS AML specialist.

Jesus Olias Terol is a Senior Manager within PayPal's Global Financial Crimes organization, with over 10 years of experience in various fraud and AML functions. He currently leads an Advisory function focused on Sales Enablement for High-Risk Verticals. In this role, he is responsible for developing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) onboarding requirements that align with the expectations of regulators, networks, and partners, offering a comprehensive and cross-functional perspective on industry practices. He also leads Ireland Pride Employee Resource Group at PayPal, and partnerships with LGBT+ NPO’s.

He holds a Master's degree in Economics, a Master's degree in Law, and has completed postgraduate studies in Business. During his free time, he enjoys walking his dog and yoga.
