FAQs

Log in to your ACAMS account. On your ‘Account Home’ page, you’ll find the expiration date for your ACAMS membership.

You’ll be sent a notice via email 60 days before your membership expires with the steps you need to take to renew.

You can check the status of your automatic renewal by logging into your ACAMS Account. If you are enrolled in automatic renewal, you will receive an email confirmation verifying that your renewal is active.

Log into your account and proceed to ‘Account Home’. Select ‘Membership and Subscriptions’ and you will see ACAMS Membership with the Auto Renew ‘Cancel’ button. Clicking ‘Cancel’ will stop your membership from auto-renewing.

No, your membership number and account details will stay the same.

Please contact your account representative or company admin and they will assist with facilitating the switch from individual membership to an Enterprise membership.

  • 3rd sector, non-profit, registered charities

To receive public sector rates, you must sign up using a government or public sector organization email address.
