What is ACAMS Enterprise?

An ACAMS Enterprise license gives anti-financial crime teams access to essential training, always-on education, toolkits, and a daily source of AFC news covering enforcement actions and changes in legislation and regulation.

How do I take advantage of my Enterprise membership benefits?

Enterprise seat holders will receive a welcome email that includes their account log in credentials. I lost my login credentials or my Enterprise membership. How do I retrieve them?

By default, your username for all of your Enterprise resources is your company e-mail address. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it: click on the profile icon at the top right corner of your screen, click 'Log in', and then 'Forgot password'. If you need further support, contact enterprise@acams.org.

 

Why does my ACAMS private/public membership appear as cancelled/deactivated?

Your ACAMS membership is part of your employer’s Enterprise license. Your account can only have one active membership at a time – so to avoid any Enterprise access interruptions, your ACAMS private/public membership was cancelled/deactivated when you became an Enterprise member.

 

My chapter membership is due to renew, but when I try to renew it, i'm being asked to renew my Enterprise membership. How do I just renew my chapter membership since I cannot renew my Enterprise membership?

How can I select the type of communications I want to receive from ACAMS?

Visit the e-mail preference center here, to choose the content you wish to receive from ACAMS. Once there, select your preferences and then click “Update My Preferences”.

We recommend that you opt in to receive the Enterprise newsletter, which provides a bi-weekly update about the latest member-exclusive content and training opportunities from ACAMS. 

You can also control the alerts you receive about new moneylaundering.com content. To do this:

  • To do this, sign in and visit your ‘My Account’ page by clicking on the person icon at the top right of the screen
  • From the ‘My Account’ page, scroll down to Communication Preferences and click on 'Newsletters and Alerts’  

What type of training do I get with my ACAMS Enterprise membership?

As an ACAMS Enterprise member, you can access every webinar in our webinar library. That includes both live and recorded sessions. You also have access to a wide range of training resources from our subject matter experts, including toolkits, briefings, and best practice guides. Find those here

 

How do I keep track of my credits?

You can find a record of your ACAMS credits on your My Account page. 

 

How long does it take to receive my educational credits after completing a webinar?

It will take approximately 14 business days from the date it was completed. Please message enterprise@acams.org if you have not received your credits after 2 weeks from the date of completion.

 

Do you offer any membership discounts for ACAMS events?

Yes - ACAMS Enterprise members receive discounts on seminar and conference tickets. You can find member pricing on our events webpages. We also offer special rates for group booking; reach out to your Account Manager to find out more.
