Head of Delegation to the FATF and APGML
Andrew Hill leads New Zealand’s AML/CFT reform programme and is Head of the New Zealand delegation to the Financial Action Task Force and Asia Pacific Group on Money Laundering. He was responsible for leading New Zealand’s engagement in New Zealand’s Mutual Evaluation process and has served as a law enforcement assessor on FATF and APG evaluations. Before these roles, Andrew was the Head of New Zealand Police FIU and with responsibilities including introducing new reporting obligations and New Zealand’s national risk assessment.
