John Clary is a Division Manager in TEKsystems’ Risk and Security Division, where he leads strategic initiatives to help financial services organizations navigate the complex landscape of compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity. With a strong background in business and technology services, John brings a consultative approach to solving critical challenges, aligning innovative solutions with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

John has been an active member of the Central Florida chapter board since 2021, where he supports community engagement and professional development within the financial crimes compliance space. He is passionate about fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing amongst this community in Central Florida.

Based in Tampa, FL, John enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Brandon Slisz is a member of the Compliance management team at Currency Exchange International.  He oversees the sanctions, investigations, audits and AML/BSA training aspects of the team.  Prior to this role, Brandon was employed with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation for 15 years and his work included licensing and auditing of non-depository financial institutions, as well as, managing the Tampa-based team of examiners.

Brandon graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Finance and a fresh love for rugby.  He also maintains certifications as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and Certified Fraud Examiner.

Alexandra is currently the SVP, BSA/AML Deputy Officer at Pathward. Alexandra is an accomplished financial crime compliance professional with 28 years of diversified experience spanning fraud risk management, anti-money laundering (AML), and regulatory compliance. As a strategic leader, Alexandra has demonstrated expertise in building robust compliance frameworks and guiding organizations through complex regulatory landscapes.

Alexandra has served in executive roles, including Chief Compliance Officer at Skrill USA, Inc. and Vice President of Compliance at Paysafe North America, where she led critical initiatives to enhance transaction monitoring, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting. In addition to her experience in the private sector, Alexandra has a distinguished background in law enforcement, focusing on criminal money laundering investigations. During her tenure with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Alexandra led multi-jurisdictional teams investigating complex financial crime schemes, resulting in successful indictments and convictions.

Alexandra served as the Vice-Chair, Board of Regents, Certified Fraud Examiner and currently serves on the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist Central Florida Chapter Board of Directors.

Brian currently leads a team focused on governance, risk assessments, and data driven risk mitigation strategies with in the FinTech sector.  Prior to working in FinTech Brian consulted on various engagements including consent order remediation, model validation, model governance, and risk assessments.

Brian speaks across the country at various events with the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) and has been published in a global journal on the subject of human trafficking and the emerging risks of money laundering in the U.S. Brian is currently on the Board for the ACAMS Central Florida Chapter.

Brian obtained his Master’s of Science in Data Analytics and Modeling from Texas A&M University.

Nathan Martinez is an Assistant Vice President and currently serves as an OFAC Sanctions Regulatory Control Advisor for the Enterprise Sanctions Compliance Office at PNC in Tampa, FL. Nathan’s professional background includes more than 15 years in the financial services sector from starting at the retail branch level, then serving as a quality assurance officer for an Anti-Money Laundering Transaction Monitoring program, as well as a risk and control officer for private banking clients, and currently as an advisor for enterprise sanctions compliance program. Nathan obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo in International Business Administration.

Erin Mulligan currently works as the Regulatory Change Management Director at the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Prior to that role, she also worked as an Associate Director of Compliance for  the DTCC Data Repository LLC (“DDR”) (2016-2021), Team Lead in Mandatory Reorg Announcements (2014-2016), and as an AML/KYC Specialist (2010-2014) at DTCC.

Ms. Mulligan received her Doctorate of Philosophy in 2015 from University of South Florida’s (USF) Criminology program while also serving as Adjunct Faculty at the USF (2008 to 2015), where she was responsible for instructing numerous sections of “Abnormal Behavior & Criminality” and “Selected Topics: Financial Crimes”. Prior to joining USF’s Ph.D. program, she received both an M.A. in psychology and a B.A. with concentrations in psychology and justice studies from Rhode Island College. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and her research interests include Morality, Deception, & Financial Crime.

Andrew is Head of the Americas Regional AML Reporting Metrics team under ICRM at Citi. The team’s focus is to report both Operationally and Governance related AML/FIU metrics to the key stakeholders of the team. Over his eight (8) years at Citi, Andrew has been key in building new ways of looking and examining metrics for Senior Management decision making, in both Sanctions and AML spaces.

Prior to joining Citi, Andrew was a Compliance Manager with Pipeline Debt Consulting, responsible for building the Compliance program for the agents to comply with State and Federal statutes and being compliant with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. He has his MBA and MIS degrees from USF in Management and Information Technologies.

Kevin Fulep is a Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) solutions executive for TEKsystems, he brings a unique blend of financial knowledge and sales expertise to his role. He is passionate about helping organizations achieve their goals through effective talent solutions, advisory, and managed services.

In his role at TEKsystems, he works with clients across banking and financial services to develop and implement tailored GRC solutions that not only meet regulatory requirements but also drive business success. With his understanding of financial markets and trends, as well as his experience in consultative sales, he is able to effectively identify client needs and create solutions that truly make a difference. His ability to build strong relationships with clients and his commitment to delivering top-quality service have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and partner.

Kevin holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance and is pursuing his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Florida. He lives with his wife in Tampa, FL.

Fraser Henderson is Head of AML Product and Technology Innovation at U.S. Bank. In this role, Fraser supports existing AML products and capabilities, but also leads the team in building new cutting edge solutions. Fraser is focused on using technology to improve efficiency while also managing and addressing AML and Compliance risks. Fraser has worked in the banking sector for over 20 years and was Head of Operations for RBS, based in London. He then spent several years as a Consultant leading a variety of AML and Technology initiatives, before joining U.S. Bank in 2018. Fraser has expert level knowledge in AML regulations, transaction monitoring, system architecture, AML technologies, branch banking, and banking operations. 

Fraser holds a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy and Law from the University of Strathclyde, as well as a Graduate Degree in Environmental Studies. He resides in Tampa with his wife, their 3 children and 2 dogs. 

Zachary Wolfram currently works in the AML/Risk Strategy, Transformation, & Operations team at Raymond James where he is responsible for overseeing the Emerging Risk Program, Regulatory Monitoring, AML/FMC Risk Assessment, Policy and Procedure Oversight, Training, PMO Function, Supplier Administration (vetting and on-boarding), New Product Risk Assessments, Budget Planning, as well as long-term strategic planning and alignment within the AML and Risk departments.

Prior to Raymond James, Zac worked at PwC in the Risk Management and Compliance Solutions national practice. At PwC he operated at Fortune 500 companies across the country managing teams and formulating solutions for C-suite driven directives while cultivating numerous skill sets including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity, and data analytics. He has first hand experience with government regulators and has worked concurrently with business and field leaders. These initiatives include overseeing audit issue validation for Matters Requiring Immediate Attention (MRIAs), Quality Assurance and internal audit for multiple AML engagements, administration of fraud investigations, and engagements relating to compliance and risk governance.

Zac was also a part of the special projects remediation team at Citibank that would handle the company’s most delicate affairs where he performed quality assurance and verified AML compliance with global regulations over a multitude of projects and products while meeting government mandated service level agreements.

Ariel Bautista serves as Director of AML Governance and Program Oversight at Raymond James Financial, where he leads enterprise-wide AML and Sanctions initiatives across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. In this role, he oversees governance frameworks that include risk assessments, regulatory monitoring, and strategic reporting to senior leadership and executive committees. 

With more than a decade of experience in financial crimes compliance, Ariel has held progressive roles in AML, Sanctions, and Risk Management, supporting program design, post-acquisition integrations, and enterprise program oversight. His background spans investigative and operational functions that have evolved into governance leadership, with a focus on aligning oversight programs and regulatory expectations with organizational objectives. 

Ariel is a Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS) and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and is dedicated to fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the financial crimes compliance community.

Beth Trent is a seasoned financial professional with over two decades of experience in compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), and banking regulations. Currently, she serves as a BSA/AML Analyst, Bank Officer at Climate First Bank in St. Petersburg, Florida. In this role, she excels in managing bank procedures, identifying AML risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Her proficiency in utilizing bank software and conducting thorough investigations has been instrumental in maintaining the integrity of financial operations.

Throughout her career, Beth has held key positions at prominent financial institutions such as OSAIC Wealth, Bank OZK, BB&T, Regions Bank, and Wells Fargo (Wachovia). Her roles have ranged from AML Analyst to Vice President, Branch Sales Manager, showcasing her versatility and leadership in the financial sector. Notably, Beth has also demonstrated her expertise in the cannabis industry by overseeing cannabis banking regulations and ensuring compliance within this unique sector.

In addition to her professional achievements, Beth is actively involved in community service. She has served on many boards in the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Parenting Matters, Leadership Manatee Alum, and has been a Golden Herald Judge since 1998. She is also an educator in the community, promoting financial literacy.

Beth holds certifications in CAMS, ACBP, and CBAP. Residing in Bradenton, FL, she enjoys spending time on the water with her family and two labradors. 

Siva Donaldson currently serves as Vice President of Financial Crimes at Morgan Stanley where she oversees a team of risk reviewers, working closely with the Global Financial Crimes team on oversight and continuous monitoring of high and high-plus risk clients, collaborates with the governance team to provide recommendations on internal policies and procedures and manage implementation of system enhancements. She also partners with second line of defense to monitor ongoing client relationships and review quality findings and provide ongoing recommendations. She also leads the Best Practices Working Group in her department, which leads projects to increase efficiency in processes, procedures and daily responsibilities.  

Siva’s professional background includes over 10 years of experience in AML compliance with expertise in transaction and account activity reviews, Suspicious Activity Reporting, Know Your Customer, Enhanced Due Diligence, Customer Identification Program, OFAC Sanctions compliance, Negative News Screening, Politically Exposed Person as well as Quality Control and Quality Assurance. She has worked across a range of different client types with different risk levels ranging from high-net-worth individuals, entities to financial institutions. In addition to being ACAMS certified, Siva also holds her SIE and S99. 

Experienced AML & FCM Program Oversight Manager with 10+ years of expertise in financial crime compliance, regulatory oversight, and risk mitigation. I specialize in building strong governance and program oversight frameworks, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving strategic initiatives that align with evolving regulatory landscapes. My approach combines analytical rigor with collaborative leadership, helping organizations stay ahead in a complex risk environment. Outside of work, I’m a proud new dad that enjoys spending time with the family.

Stephen serves as a Senior Analyst in the Financial Investigation Unit at Raymond James, where he specializes in Know Your Customer (KYC), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and financial crimes investigations. With over four years at the firm, he has developed a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and investigative analysis. In addition to his core role, Stephen is a Pillar Lead on the Associate Experience Committee, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.

Stephen brings to the board a deep understanding of financial integrity, operational risk, and governance. His experience navigating complex regulatory environments and collaborating across departments equips him to contribute meaningfully to strategic oversight and fiscal accountability.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and a Graduate Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering from the University of South Florida. Stephen is also CAMS and SIE certified, underscoring his commitment to professional excellence and ethical standards in financial services.
