Kim has spent the last 15 years in the anti-fraud space with a focus on financial services. She held VP level leadership roles in fraud operations, fraud policy and governance for Synchrony bank. She was the Sr. Product Manager for SAS Analytics anti- fraud solution and additional anti-fraud technologies used by global banks. Kim also spent time as a consulting manager within the financial crimes division of Grant Thornton managing public and private sector engagements with a focus on Identity Fraud, Risk Assessments and Anti-fraud technology.

Rick began working in the financial service industry in 1982. For the past forty years Rick has worked in Fraud Investigation and Fraud Risk Management including leadership roles at Citi Bank, Dell Financial Services, and Synchrony Bank. His has an extensive background in managing Fraud Operations, Investigations, Compliance as well as designing fraud systems to identify credit card fraud and identity theft.

Rick recently retired and lives in Central Texas. He spends his time golfing and running a part time fraud consulting business.

Mary Ann Miller is the Fraud & Cybercrime Executive Advisor and VP of Client Experience at Prove. Mary Ann is a well-respected expert in the fraud and identity space who has been quoted by BBC News, NPR, American Banker, USA Today, and others. Mary Ann was most recently Head of Fraud Strategy at Varo Bank, where she led the fraud strategy process for transitioning the fintech to a nationally chartered challenger bank. Prior to that, Mary Ann's held directorships and executive roles at well-known organizations such as USAA, PayPal, Lloyd's Banking Group, and other technology firms. She has also served on the US Federal Reserve Secure Payments Task Force and is a current member of the Federal Reserve’s Scams Definition and Classification Work Group.

Amy has thirty years of expertise identifying, assessing, targeting, and resolving fraud, credit, and risk issues. She has developed and successfully implemented comprehensive business practices, scoring models, and clustering algorithms to detect first party fraud schemes including credit bust outs, synthetic identities, and syndicated fraud activity throughout the customer lifecycle. In addition, she is a recognized subject-matter expert in the industry and advises several government agencies and industry groups on managing the evolving fraud threats that industries are facing.
