Kathleen Finn Bell, CAMS

Kathleen Finn Bell, CAMS, currently serves as the Director of AI, Machine Learning and AML Model Development at BMO Financial Group, where she is responsible for building AI-driven efficiencies in the transaction monitoring and investigative process. Kathleen also oversees machine learning model operations, deploying models into production with ongoing monitoring and review.

With over 25 years of experience in data science and machine learning, Kathleen led data science teams for marketing and advertising agencies prior to joining BMO Financial Group. Her work included developing personalized marketing tools, analyzing customer data, creating predictive models for consumer behavior, and optimizing marketing campaigns using machine learning algorithms.

She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Econometrics and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
