Risk-based Approach in AML and Fraud – Checking the Box is No Longer Viable

  • When: March 24, 2020
  • Time: 10AM – 11AM ET
  • Level: All

Financial Service Organizations (FSOs) are expected to meet strict financial crime regulations, regardless of their size. For organizations with smaller budgets and fewer resources, this is increasingly more difficult as regulations, guidelines, and threats continue to evolve. Criminals and bad actors have shown sophistication by targeting organizations that have vulnerabilities in their controls.

Regulators are also expecting FSOs to use the risk-based approach to target their AML compliance resources. In addition, the OCC prescribed a framework for fraud risk management that is strongly aligned to the AML risk management framework. In order to keep your organization and customers protected, it’s imperative to leverage modern technologies and implement programs that incorporate AI, automation, and the Cloud in a practical manner.

In this webinar we’ll discuss how to meet your AML and Fraud Management obligations while empowering your core businesses to remain competitive and innovative. Our conversation will include:

  • Combating evolving threats by leveraging cloud technologies
  • Improving detection with Collective Intelligence
  • Unified case management system for AML and Fraud
  • Adopting the risk-based approach
