Vincent is a policy-focused researcher for the Transparency International Secretariat in Berlin where he focuses on corrupt money flows. He recently co-authored the report “Up to the Task: the state of play in countries committed to freezing and seizing Russian dirty money”, a review of the readiness of G7 countries to effectively implement sanctions against Russia and address loopholes in their AML systems. He previously worked as a consultant implementing technical assistance programmes for countries seeking to strengthen their AML/CFT systems in the wake of FATF evaluations. He also has a background in due diligence research and open-source intelligence analyst.
